
Hi!
I’m Maegan, mom of 4, lover of AMAZING food, and someone who is very much in the thick of real life chaos.
Right now, life looks like homework, extracurriculars, church activities, volunteering, and all the beautiful (and overwhelming) noise that comes with raising kids. Dinner time usually shows up right in the middle of it all… so I know what it feels like to be tired, busy, and still trying to get something on the table.
My favorite moment of the day is when we finally sit down together to eat—no matter how messy or imperfect it looks. Oh, and bedtime… that is also a magical time of day!
When I’m not in the kitchen creating freezer meals to help other families survive dinner time, you’ll find me outside with my family, running on my treadmill, hiking, reading a good book, or creating healthy dessert recipes I probably didn’t need to perfect… but did anyway (I’m looking at you, Date Sweetened Cinnamon Roll).
Little known fact, my ADHD brain is WAY too impatient for puzzles—life already has enough pieces to manage.
I love feeding families, making dinner easier, and helping busy moms feel like they can actually breathe again at the end of the day.
Life is full here—but it’s really good.
